The injection molding workshop covers more than 5,000 square meters where has beyond 30 computer injection molding machines ranging from 100 tons to 2500 tons, with an injection capacity from 100g to 30000g. The workshop adopts advanced manipulator and pipeline technology at home and abroad to realize intelligent and efficient production. According to the needs of the product pipeline to supply all kinds of raw materials, injection molding machine uses the central feeding pipeline system to meet the requirements of product diversification.
Our manufacture has the ability of the mold development and design because we have a design team with rich experience. We have over 10 sets of CNC machining center, CNC precision engraving machine, large double head spark machine, rocker arm drilling machine, CNC deep hole drilling, wire cutting machine tool and other mold processing equipment. So we can change mold or repair the mold according to the customers' needs of products in an efficient way.
Our manufacture has a large outdoor venue and the total warehouse space is over 10,000 square meters. ERP management system is adopted to ensure the accuracy of stock number in the warehouse.
Equipped with raw materials and product testing equipment, our manufacture has the ability to ensure product quality. Moreover, inspectors will strictly control product quality all day long to achieve full-process production management. Our company has already passed SGS inspection report, China Compulsory Product Certification (CCC) and other test reports of turnover containers.
Our manufacture has many transport vehicles and forklifts in the factory so the products can be delivered on time.
